Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations including receiving, storing, and dispensing materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
Implement FIFO/FEFO systems and coordinate with the purchase department for timely material availability.
Ensure compliance with GMP/GHK standards, manage recalls, and handle disposal of expired items.
Supervise store staff, prepare performance reports, and maintain cleanliness and organization.

Preferred candidate profile:

Male candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in store management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry (RM, PM, FG exposure).
Strong knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
Educational background: Diploma/B.Sc. in Pharmacy or Bachelors in Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
