We are looking for a responsible individual who can represent our brand professionally and manage the showroom end-to-end. Key Responsibilities 1. Showroom Management Open and close the showroom daily; maintain cleanliness and display standards. Ensure vehicles are kept fully charged, clean, and ready for customer test rides. Maintain stock records of vehicles, chargers, accessories, and spare parts. 2. Customer Interaction & Sales Welcome customers warmly and explain EV product features in simple, local language. Provide honest guidance on mileage, battery life, loan/finance options, warranty, and service. Conduct test drives and follow up with customers through WhatsApp/phone calls. Convert walk-ins into sales and achieve monthly sales targets. 3. Vehicle Delivery & Documentation Coordinate registration, insurance, finance paperwork, and delivery readiness. Ensure smooth handover of the vehicle with customer briefing on usage and charging. Maintain delivery checklists and collect customer feedback. 4. Service Coordination Take booking for vehicle services and ensure smooth coordination with the service team. Update customers about service status and delivery timelines. 5. Reporting & Administration Maintain daily sales register, enquiry book, test-ride log, and petty cash records. Provide daily updates to the proprietor (Mr. G. Senthilkumar) on sales & operations. Manage small operational activities independently. Skills & Qualities We Are Looking For Good communication in Tamil (Basic English is a plus). Honest, well-mannered, and responsible – someone who treats the showroom as their own. Ability to handle customers patiently and explain features clearly. Basic knowledge of bikes/EVs OR willingness to learn. Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and simple apps. Ability to independently manage day-to-day showroom operations. Preferred Candidate Profile Local candidates from Pondicherry/Gorimedu/nearby areas preferred. Candidates with experience in automobile sales, retail, electronics, or finance sales will have an advantage. Should be comfortable working on weekends and taking weekly offs on weekdays.
