Job Title: Store Incharge – Hospital Inventory Management Location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 days per week Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shift) Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Job Summary: A Healthcare Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stores Incharge to manage and oversee hospital inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in hospital inventory management and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Proficiency in inventory tracking, control processes, and inventory management software. Procurement Coordination: Strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and experience in procurement processes. Receiving & Inspection: Ability to perform quality control inspections, use inspection tools, and document findings accurately. Stock Distribution: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distribution strategies. Record Keeping & Documentation: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in documentation and record-keeping systems. Compliance & Safety: Understanding of health and safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation. Team Supervision: Effective communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field. Experience: 3–4 years of experience in hospital inventory management.
