Customer Service – JPMC (Voice Process | Banking Domain) Shift: US Shifts Work Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational offs) Eligibility: * Graduate (Freshers or Experienced) * AMCAT Assessment – Mandatory * Drug Test – Mandatory Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month (in-hand not specified) --- 2. UK Voice Process – BPO Role Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts Work Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational offs) Eligibility: * SSC + Minimum 1 year of BPO experience * HSC + Minimum 6 months of BPO experience * Graduates – Freshers welcome * Strong verbal communication skills (Cluster 1 communication required) Interview Rounds: * HR Round * AMCAT Assessment * Operations Round Salary: ₹30,000/month (in-hand, flat) --- 3. FIS – BPO/Non-BPO (Fidelity Information Services) Mode: Work from Office Location: Malad, Mumbai (only local candidates considered) Eligibility & Compensation: * Graduate Fresher: ₹25,000/month (in-hand) * Experienced (BPO/Non-BPO): ₹32,000/month (in-hand) --- Interested candidates must be based in the following location boundaries: Western Line: Churchgate to Mira Road Central Line: CST to Mulund Harbour Line: Masjid to Mankhurd and Airoli
