The first 6 months will be a probation period, after which Work From Home (WFH) may be offered based on performance. 📝 Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and professional International Voice Process Agent to handle international calls, support clients in import–export documentation, resolve queries, ensure compliance, and deliver top-quality service. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 📞 International Calling & SupportHandle inbound & outbound calls with international clients. Resolve queries related to import–export documentation. Maintain a polite, professional & customer-friendly approach. 📋 Import/Export Documentation & Compliance: Assist clients with customs clearance, compliance, and documentation. Ensure accuracy in export compliance processes. Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of issues. 🗃️ Customer Service & Issue Handling: Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Ensure timely follow-up and maintain service quality. Maintain records of communication and client requests. 🖥️ Additional Operational Support: Manage blended process tasks (voice + non-voice).
