Store Assistant

As a Store Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing the storeroom, maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely reporting of low stock levels, and coordinating with the procurement and warehouse teams. You’ll play a critical role in streamlining our inventory flow and supporting smooth production and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities

inward/outward register

periodic stock checks

proper storage, labeling, and retrieval

packing and dispatching

store room is organized, clean, and secure

stock audits

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree

  in any stream (Preferred: Diploma or Certificate course in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, or related fields)

Experience

1–3 years of experience in a store, warehouse, or inventory role in manufacturing, retail, or logistics companies.

Technical Skills

• Ability to maintain manual registers or use basic

  Excel/Google Sheets

  .
• Familiarity with

  stock control procedures

  and issuing/receiving documentation.

Language Requirements

• Must be able to

  read and write in English

  (for registers and documentation)
• Must be able to

  speak Malayalam and Hindi

  (for internal coordination and vendor/staff communication)

• Physically fit to manage materials
• Proactive in follow-ups and capable of maintaining discipline in stock flow
