Job Description

Role Overview: As a Store Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's inventory and supply systems. Your main focus will be to ensure the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining proper inventory levels and upholding hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders. - Organize and store items in designated storage areas (dry, cold, and frozen). - Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems. - Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any variances. - Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs to procurement. - Ensure all food products are stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. - Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely supply of ingredients and materials. - Dispose of expired or damaged products as per company policy. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area at all times. - Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of how a restaurant store operator works. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant store operator.
