Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new

    corporate, institutional, and retail clients

    .
  • Generate and follow up on

    B2B sales leads

    through visits, calls, and digital outreach.
  • Prepare and present

    sales proposals, quotations, and product demos

    .
  • Build and maintain

    strong client relationships

    through regular communication and service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — production, design, dispatch, and finance — for timely order execution.
  • Maintain

    sales reports

    , track leads, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Support the Sales Head in

    market research, client database management

    , and

    promotional activities

    .


Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in

    corporate / institutional / channel sales

    (experience in bags, apparel, gifting, or FMCG preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce

    preferred.
  • Excellent communication and language proficiency in English

    and Malayalam

    (Tamil/Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Strong

    presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Confident, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala

    for client visits and business development.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent.
  • Basic knowledge of

    MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools

    .
  • Must own a

    two-wheeler

    for local travel.
