Job Opening: Storage Admin – L3
Location: Navi Mumbai
Rotational Shifts (24/7)
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Storage Engineer (L3) to join our Managed Services Operations Team. This role involves supporting leading Banking clients by providing Level 3 expertise in storage administration, incident management, infrastructure improvements, and NetApp upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for incidents, service requests, and problem management.
Plan and perform NetApp Ontap upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
Administer and troubleshoot NetApp Storage (CDOT & 7-Mode) including snapshots, cloning, deduplication, and replication.
Manage SAN switches (Brocade/Cisco), zoning, firmware upgrades, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Perform data migration from third-party storage to NetApp.
Support backup and disaster recovery platforms and conduct DR testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compute, virtualization, and networking).
Document processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Storage Administration.
Strong expertise in NetApp Storage Technologies and related tools (OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance Manager, Insight).
Hands-on experience with automation tools (NetApp Workflow Automation, Ansible) and scripting (PowerShell/Python).
Solid understanding of storage protocols (Fiber Channel, CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, S3 Object).
Exposure to Windows & Linux Administration.
ITIL knowledge (Change, Incident, Problem, Configuration Management).
Excellent customer communication and documentation skills.
