Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and enhance encryption practices across the organization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security vulnerabilities.
* Support the development of encryption tools, policies, and documentation.
* Work within an Agile delivery model to implement security improvements.
* Translate business needs into technical security requirements.
* Identify and drive improvements in data encryption processes.
What You Bring
* 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, encryption, and data protection.
* In depth understanding of encryption algorithms, key management, and security protocols.
* Hands on with tools like Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, and encryption analysis platforms.
* Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience in the financial or technology sector preferred.
* Fluent in English and confident working in global teams.
