Job Overview :
Candidate must have experience in MIS Software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit domestic, export, and studio dispatch documents; ensure accurate order punching in Stock MIS.
• Coordinate with sales teams to resolve dispatch document queries.
• Collect dispatches from the studio and maintain records.
• Manage imported stock activities, including monthly audits, issuance for events, and post-event returns.
• Maintain stock records of raw materials; issue and track usage for domestic and international events.
• Ensure stock records are maintained against RGP, Challan, and other documentation.
• Monitor availability and records of studio stock.
• Prepare and maintain monthly stock reports (returns, delayed dispatches, missing documents).
• Maintain Vyadh stock records and handle inward/outward entries for non-Capapie stock.
• Place stock orders and prepare factory documents (MRF, RGP, C-Challan).
• Handle accurate data entry of stock documents and error records.
• Ensure timely vendor bill submissions to accounts.
• Coordinate with Bhiwandi & Thane factories for stock, kits, and repairing.
• Ensure daily system stock entries and maintain repairing sheets.
• Conduct physical stock verification post domestic and export events.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in stock/inventory/dispatch management.
• Knowledge of MIS, stock entry systems, and documentation (RGP, Challan, MRF).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for coordination with sales and factory teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Stock Management Systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
