Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting Entries:
• Record and manage all daily financial transactions in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and compliance company policies.
• Inventory Management:
• Track stock levels and update inventory records in Oracle.
• Perform entries related to consumption, stock adjustments and transfers.
• Stock Reconciliation:
• Regularly reconcile stock levels with physical counts and ensure accurate records.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination:
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth inventory management forecast requirements.
• Process Improvement:
• Suggest improvements to streamline inventory management and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Commerce.
• Proficiency in Oracle software with a strong background in accounting entries.
• Experience in inventory and stock management, preferably in a production or sales-driven environment.
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to work with multiple departments to streamline processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 2years

Salary Range :It depends on the Candidate’s Skills and abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.75 per month
