Stock requirement as per the last three months' sales (data of all branches), product-wise and branch-wise
Maintaining the fast-moving stock in all zones incorporates weekly report submission (CONSUMPTIONS, SHORTAGES & EXCESS) Stock audit in a month in all branches pending GRNs and stock in's in a week report Consumption report accuracy on weekends and sending physical consumption stock to HO every 15 days Follow LIFO & FIFO
Daily cash handling and submission under the strict supervision of branch heads.
Maintaining accurate accounts books, invoicing, bill books etc....
Data management.
Need to plan the purchase of the assets and consumables with the help of the branch head.
Ensure effective coordination between the branch and corporate office
Need to effectively handle complete front office, calls and branch handling duties
Hearing Aid stock exchange and transfer.
Cash deposit and Monthly bill payments
Clinic infrastructure maintenance except for IT (once a month).
Deliverable to patients
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment
within the office.
Helping with filling out works
Dealing with queries or requests from visitors and employees
Courier-Collection/Packing/Dispatching with inwards and outward records.
Stationary buying for store maintenance.
Doctor visits as per the requirements with the management
All maintenance-related works of the store as per the requirements.
