Job Title: Investment Broker Department: Finance / Investment Advisory Location: Ahmedabad India Reports To: Head of Investment / Managing Director Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investment Broker to join our financial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of financial securities, advising clients on investment opportunities, and developing strategies that align with their financial goals. This role requires strong analytical abilities, market knowledge, and excellent communication skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional clients. Understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations. 2. Investment Advisory and Execution Research, analyze, and evaluate financial markets, securities, and economic trends. Execute buy and sell orders for stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products. Stay updated on market conditions to identify profitable investment opportunities. 3. Portfolio Management Assist clients in building and managing diversified investment portfolios. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to optimize returns. Ensure compliance with clients’ investment strategies and regulatory requirements. 4. Compliance and Risk Management Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance policies. Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation. Ensure ethical standards and transparency in all client dealings. 5. Market Research and Reporting Prepare market reports, investment summaries, and financial forecasts. Provide insights on emerging trends, economic indicators, and market movements. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. 6. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Conduct presentations, seminars, or webinars to promote investment products. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client services and product offerings. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Investment Broker, Financial Advisor, or related role. Strong knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and investment strategies. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in financial software and trading platforms.
