Key Responsibilities:
· Drive direct sales of demat accounts under the sub-broking partnership with Arihant
Capital & Axis Securities
· Assist in margin collection for equity, commodity, and currency segments.· Generate revenue through brokerage and ensure consistent account activation.· Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets (applicable for experienced hires).· Educate and advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends.· Handle and resolve customer concerns and queries efficiently.· Execute cross-selling of value-added products (including training products).
Qualifications:
· Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.· Prior experience in Broking, Investment Advisory, Algo or Financial Services is preferred.
· Year of Experience Required- Minimum 1 year
