Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Steward to join our team at Etopia Malgudi, with 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests by ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve guest satisfaction.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions to provide informed recommendations.

Job Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and room maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
