Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Steward to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
