The role includes setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas, coordinating with the kitchen for timely service, handling guest requests politely, and following hygiene and safety standards at all times. The steward should be well-groomed, customer-focused, and able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
