Job Title: Steward Department: Production / Kitchen Location: Labonel Fine Baking Pvt. Ltd. Reports To: Production Supervisor / Chef Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, production area, equipment, and utensils throughout the day. Handle dishwashing (manual & dishwasher), sanitization of tools, trays, and baking equipment. Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and supplies. Ensure waste segregation, proper disposal, and overall cleanliness as per Labonel hygiene standards. Refill water, cleaning materials, tissue rolls, and other utility items as required. Support production team in basic tasks such as carrying trays, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining workstation discipline. Follow all food safety protocols, personal hygiene guidelines, and internal SOPs of Labonel. Report any breakage, malfunction of equipment, or maintenance needs to the Supervisor. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen environment. RequirementsMinimum 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping or steward/helper role (bakery or F&B preferred). Ability to handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and follow safety instructions. Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours. Basic understanding of hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines preferred). Positive attitude, willingness to assist, and ability to work under pressure. Work EnvironmentFast-paced, hygiene-driven bakery environment. Shift-based working hours. Requires coordination with chefs, supervisors, and production staff.
