Job Description

Job Summary:

The Steward is responsible for ensuring excellent guest service by maintaining cleanliness, assisting in food and beverage service, and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Support:

Assist in setting up dining areas, ensuring tables are properly arranged and clean.
Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.
Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables.

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen support areas.
Ensure proper handling of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
Follow hygiene and sanitation standards as per company policies.

Stock & Inventory Management:

Assist in stocking and organizing service equipment and supplies.
Refill water, condiments, and other table essentials as needed.

Teamwork & Coordination:

Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in clearing tables promptly and resetting them for new guests.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
