Designation : Chartered Accountant – Statutory Auditor Openings : Statutory Auditor Job Location : Delhi/ NCR (Should be from Delhi/NCR) Job Brief : - We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to add value to the organization by ensuring that audits are conducted in accordance with the accounting & auditing standards & in line with the latest developments with high degree of efficiency and productivity. Technical Expectations: Should have experience in handling Statutory Audit Assignments. Should have clear understanding on Schedule III of companies Act, IFC Audit, CARO 2020, SEBI Regulations and RBI directions related to NBFC & Banks. Possesses good auditing skills and sound knowledge of standard processes. Verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory guidelines like RBI, NHB, MCA. Must have experience of IND AS and IGAAP. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management system. Responsible to develop audit plans, execution & finalisation of audit assignments. Discuss the audit points with process owners, taking management response and effectively closing the audit points with the management. Compliance to auditing standards and documentation. Have strong soft skills like the interpersonal, team, and communication skills both verbal and written Only CA are required Personal Specifications and Experience : Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountancy (CA) Strong communication and presentation skills Should have strong Data Analytical and Problem solving skills and should be well versed with MS-Excel, MS- Word and Power point Preferred from a CA Firm background Ability to spread positive work culture, teaming and live SRD values.
