Position – Station Manager

Qualification – BE Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical

Experience: 10-12 Years

• Oversee daily operations of theplant to ensure that all biomass process, biogas production & methanepurification including safety goals are met as per daily targets.
• UnderstandingBio-CNG/Bio-gas production methodology & different type of biomass handlingand its feeding process
• Thoroughunderstanding of Identification, troubleshooting and repair activitiesmechanical, pneumatic and simple electrical problems on plant facilities andproduction equipment’s
• Ensure execution of maintenanceplan for all the machines as per SM,PM
• Understand andenforce safe work practices related to the following: respiratory protection,elevated work platforms, fall protection, control of hazardous energy(Lockout/Tagout procedure), fire protection systems, electrical safety,forklift/hoist operation, welding, cutting, brazing, confined space entry, PPEand employee Right to Know
• Coordinationwith Local Labour team and Safety audit team.
• Manage criticalmachines and resource planning for Plant spare parts,
• Follow up with purchasedepartment for timely delivery of plant short/long lead items
• Support onsafety issues (explosive and hazardous gas, work safety, personal protectiveequipment)
• Implementationof MIS, protocols for daily, weekly and monthly data.
• Accountable forDaily processing and production volume
• Responsible fordaily Straw processing target
• Responsible for Gaspurification and processing including gas cascades
• Oversee thedaily Monitoring and capturing data of all utility, auxiliary systems
• Coordination ofhumus, manure, compost collection and transportation to Client
• Drive and implement managementsystems and initiatives such as IMS, TPM, KAIZEN and Business Excellence fordepartment
• Preparation ofenergy and mass balances
• Knowledge ofPLC/DCS Trouble shooting & problem solving
• Development andrealization of further progress for optimization of the plant´s performance
• Coordinate and provide feedbackto Management for planning and monitoring of plant activities
• Ensure safety procedures arefollowed at all levels and good housekeeping levels are maintained.
