Long Description Of The Role
- Managing and monitoring existing Retail HR processes
- Sourcing , Cost Controlling, Increasing diversity population ,IJP processes, Responsible for engagement of Store Staff,
- Identifying high potential staff and developing them to next Level.
- Aligning the store Manning as per the Approved budget.
- Stake holder Management.
- Grievance Management
- Exit Management.
