Role Overview: As the Manager of Human Resources at Bata, your main responsibility will be managing and monitoring the existing Retail HR processes. This will involve various tasks such as sourcing, cost controlling, increasing diversity in the workforce, managing internal job posting (IJP) processes, engaging Store Staff, identifying high potential employees, and developing them to the next level. You will also align store manning as per the approved budget, manage stakeholder relationships, handle grievance management, and oversee the exit management process.
