Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and monitor all project activities from planning to execution. You will develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and liaise with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and deliverables. Additionally, you will schedule and facilitate internal meetings, reviews, and client updates. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. - Prepare and maintain documentation such as reports, schedules, meeting notes, and trackers. - Identify and escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain communication across teams and departments for status updates. - Support senior project managers with data, analytics, and reporting as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Project Management. - Proven experience in project coordination and monitoring. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.,
