Job Role & Responsibilities:

v Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

v Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Managers and Marketing Managers

v Implementation of Billing targets at all India level

v Responsible for interacting with foreign principals on technical support and commercial/pricing matters

v Keep a tab on pricing structures, gross margin and profitability

v Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objective.

v Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model

v Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy

v Periodically review distributor performance through Regional Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps

v Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share strategy

v Conduct training seminars as per the requirement of regions

v Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from regional office and also distributor feedback

v Ensuring all approvals related Departments are made in timely manner.

v Coordinate & arrange launches for the assigned market in the respective regions

v Ensure the confidentiality sensitive company information.

v Motivate and monitor sales representatives at all branch offices

v Coordinate with all departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.

v Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability
