Hiring for Janata Cylinder Yojana – Field Sales Team

Positions:

• Sales Officer – ₹15,000/month
• Sales Executives – ₹12,000/month

Location -

• Pune
• Sangli
• Raigad
• Ratnagiri

Eligibility -

• Any Graduate
• Field Sales Experience Preferred
• Fresher’s from district Head quarter with background confident with good communication skills.
• Willingness to Travel and Work on Field preference of having vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for potential dealers and customers by offering Scheme benefits under the “Janata Cylinder Yojana” New product campaign launch. Branded Vehicle will be a part of filed visit.
• Conduct field visits to promote the scheme using company-provided materials with VAN/Independently.
• Enroll customers and complete installation of 15Kg cylinders of new product campaign launch.
• Collect and fill “Golden Opportunity Forms” from interested prospects during field visit.
• Distribute company brochures, pamphlets, and explain benefits of the scheme.
• Maintain daily reporting and updates on progress.
• Cover 10 Talukas in 20 days (2 days per Taluka) in a monthly working.
• Ensure brand visibility by wearing company-branded T-shirts and Cap during fieldwork provided by company.
• Entire induction training for field visit and product knowledge will be provided.
