Field Sales Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our solar products and services, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the solar industry.
• Campaign Development: Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media) to promote solar solutions.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, and social media posts that highlight the benefits of solar energy.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, develop strategies to increase engagement, and monitor performance metrics..
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or solar sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
