Job Description

Stripe is looking for Startup & Investor Partnerships Lead to join our team

Develop and execute strategic plans to build market awareness and broad use of Stripe's payments and financial infrastructure platform within startup communities and businesses.
Identify and partner with key startups, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement and success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create outsized business impact and achieve organizational goals.
Design and implement effective partner programs to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Represent Stripe in the startup ecosystem through speaking opportunities at startup events and platforms.

Job Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with leadership abilities and the capacity to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be creative, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Reliable, self-motivated, adaptable, decisive, and professional, with a strong focus on achieving results and driving business growth.
Hands-on experience and domain knowledge across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Accelerator, Incubator, and Startup ecosystems is preferred.
Well-networked in startup and founder communities across India, with a strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
Ability to design strategy and drive execution, focusing on data-driven decision making and measuring success.
