• Proven experience in business development within Staffing/Recruitment.

• Staffing

  IT Consulting

  exp with any

  IT system integrator

• Exp. in

  360 Degree IT recruitment

  OR

  Account managemen

  t
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Motivated and positive disposition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior exp with

  IT hiring/Consulting of BFSI and Govt. sectors.

• Exp. in IT recruitment, Account Management and specially in contract/Permanent Hiring.
• Exp of filing RFP's and RFQ's for different projects

• Must have Exp. in UAE Region
