Staffing Sales Manager

We are hiring for Staffing Sales Manager with having exposure in Domestic IT Staffing for our internal team @ Noida.

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets within the domestic IT staffing space.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new clients, focusing on understanding their IT staffing needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Create and present customized IT staffing solutions to clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and expertise

Client Management:

• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the timely placement of qualified candidates.
• Act as a consultant to clients, advising on staffing solutions, recruitment trends, and industry best practices.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead a small team of sales executives, setting clear targets, goals, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure alignment in staffing requirements and candidate quality.
• Provide regular coaching and mentorship to the sales team to enhance performance.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position the company's offerings effectively.
• Analyze market data and feedback to refine sales strategies and develop new business opportunities.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Track and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
