About Team
Content Quality is a key driver for purchase decisions and poor content leads to inconsistent search and sub-optimal customer experience on the websites. This position is for a staff TPM who will manage the programs in International Catalog team - represents the end-to-end health of our product and services catalog across all the different quality dimensions
What you'll do:
- Build program proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality and adoption.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Manage stakeholders across the levels including senior leaders
- Work closely with business teams to define the success criteria, business KPIs, operational KPIs and built a tracking mechanism.
- Enable program managers to build the business case and TCO for the programs.
- Bring thought leadership to build and establish the agile KPI and management reporting templates and ensures the timely and accurate reporting across the org.
- Responsible for planning and overseeing the transfer of key information necessary for the support, operation and acceptance of solutions deployed into production. This includes operational readiness, Dev / support documentation and acceptance checklists.
- Ensure service transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope
- Facilitate building the transition plans including infrastructure/application support models, change management.
- Be accountable for coordinating implementation activities, providing effective team leadership, including information flow to and from operations during project work.
- Build partner strategy and optimize the partner network and the count for the domain.
- Developing budget and operating plan for the program.
What you'll bring:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.S./M.Tech/MBA from a tier 1 institution with around 12-15 years of experience in Program and Project Management in cloud based SaaS solutions would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of omni channel retail would be an added advantage.
