Technical Expertise:

Engage in end-to-end discussions for high- level system /solution design of systems and demonstrates an understanding of design choices for scalability, high availability, and performance.

Direct the identification, investigation, reporting, and follow-up for resolution of defects/bugs raised during testing processes or post-production.

Independently clarify requirements with engineering through verbal, written, or diagrams.

Ensure effective roll-forward and roll-back plans are in place for every production change

Independently identify patterns and explores possible solutions to leverage existing capabilities and technology strategies to avoid duplications.

Propose frameworks, tools, and methodologies that can be adopted to drive automation across initiatives.

Independently ensure that all dependent teams and stakeholders have accurate and thorough understanding of different stakeholder perspectives and overall project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
What will you ll bring:

BS/BE/BTECH degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
-
Minimum 12+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading large scale complex programs.
-
Experience working with several Cross-Functional groups such as: design, product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
-
Strong technical understanding of IT Operations, IT Service Management, Performance Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering.
-
Strong communication, & organization skills with a keen eye for detail.
-
Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. And ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.

Project/Program Management & IT Service Management Education (PMP, Prince2, Agile/SAFe certifications, ITIL or Equivalent)
-
Working knowledge of collaboration and tracking tools: JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, OneDrive, Service Now
-
Working Experience in retail industry will be an advantage (Preferred)
