Focus of the Role
As a Staff Engineer in Mobile Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and platform architecture of Telstra’s mobile applications. You’ll lead by example, applying deep expertise in Android and/or iOS development to deliver scalable, secure and high-performance mobile experiences. You’ll champion engineering excellence, drive architectural decisions, and ensure alignment with Telstra’s digital strategy and accessibility standards. You will also explore and apply AI-powered tools and capabilities to enhance development efficiency, personalisation, and content automation. Your continuous learning and improvement mindset, collaboration and influencing skills are critical to success in this role.
