Job Description

Responsible for Complaint Management on all Customer Return Products. Job Description In your new role you will: Closely collaborate with Design Team, Test engineering, Production, Applications, Validation and PJM, during the entire life cycle of product development and production ramp-up. Be responsible for Complaint Management on all Customer Return Products. Be the responsible contact person for all customer complaints, document and assign the complaints to right stake holder internally, act as quality manager and track the progress of complaint closure. Run cross functional team meetings to track complaint closure using Turn Around Time (TAT) targets and metrics. Work closely with both the business unit Design Team, Application Team, System Validation Team, Production Sites and work with stakeholders to close the complaint. Analyse all Data & Statistics from stake holders and compile reports for the customer complaint. Check compliance with defined quality standards and quality assurance guidelines, to operate an active risk management system. Support cross-functional teams and stake holders to solve possible escalation cases, if needed. Continuously improve quality-related activities and methods, based on customer complaints. Work closely with product line Quality team to implement these new-found methods. Derive future quality targets from customer requirements and market trends. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics. At least 5+ years of professional experience in Semiconductor Industry. Quality Management background will be added plus. Good understanding of QUALITY methods, processes and standards e.g. FMEA, 8D, 5WHYs, AEC-Q100 etc., and not limited. Understanding of the structure and function of Semiconductor products, Hardware-Software interaction, Manufacturing, Failure Analysis Methods etc., Intercultural competence, as working with global teams and customers, is an integral part of the job.
