Job Description

We are looking for a polite, professional, and competent Front Desk Executive to join our team and support the company s operations through:


  • Welcoming and greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments

  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence

  • Assisting with light secretarial and administrative coordination tasks

  • Maintaining a tidy and professional front desk environment

Requirements:


  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a corporate or professional environment)

  • Professional appearance and strong presence

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

  • Ability to interact with clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy

  • Good command of English (at least intermediate level)
