Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-facing Digital Marketing Hubspot Specialist to work closely with our US-based clients primarily accounting firms. In this role, you will manage the entire digital marketing presence of your assigned clients, including website management, Hubspot CRM operations, content strategy, and social media execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, excellent communicator, and highly organized individual who can thrive in a remote setting and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication Strategy

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned US clients, understanding their firm s goals, services, and target audience. Develop and execute custom digital marketing plans aligned with client objectives. Provide performance updates, strategy recommendations, and ongoing support.

Website Management

Create and manage websites on WordPress, utilizing the Bricks Builder framework. Update website content, create new pages, and ensure responsive and user-friendly experiences. Apply basic HTML when needed for customization or troubleshooting.

HubSpot CRM Email Marketing

  • Operate within HubSpot to
  • Run targeted email campaigns
  • Build email snippets and templates
  • Manage contracts, contacts, deals, and lead pipelines
  • Monitor marketing inbox and ensure lead follow-up and nurturing workflows are effectively maintained.

Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Create engaging social media graphics using Canva or similar tools. Monitor performance and engagement to refine content strategies.

Content Creation SEO

Write high-quality, informative blogs tailored to the clients niche, accounting and financial services. Perform keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices. Collaborate with client to support a broader content marketing strategy.

Design Multimedia Support

Use tools like Canva for quick-turn graphics and branded visuals.

Required Skills Qualifications:

2+ years in digital marketing, content creation, or web management roles. Prior experience working with US-based clients is preferred. Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM. Proficient in WordPress (Bricks Builder experience preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success in social media content planning, copywriting, and basic visual design. Working knowledge of SEO, blog writing, and keyword research tools (e.g., Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner). Familiarity with Photoshop and Premiere Pro skills are a plus. Highly organized, independent, and self-motivated.
