Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Create high-quality visual content including posters, banners, infographics, reels thumbnails, and other
marketing materials for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and ensure designs are aligned with current trends and
platform specifications.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic social media campaigns.
Write compelling captions and assist with basic content creation.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to optimize campaign outcomes.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help grow community presence.

Requirements

Proven experience (1+ years) in graphic design and social media marketing.

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.

Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram promotions, and other ad platforms.

Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing, sales or a related field.

Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

Experience with social media analytics tools is preferred (e.g., Google Analytics).

Understanding of SEO and social media trends.
