Role Summary:


The HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategies and processes at APD. This position requires expertise in Performance Management, Employee Development, and Labour Laws within a mid-sized organization of approximately 500 employees. The candidate should be highly skilled in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Employee Development Plans, and HR Best Practices. Knowledge of GreyTHR would be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Manage and execute the Performance Management System (PMS) for a workforce of around 500 employees.
  • Design and implement Employee Development Plans based on performance assessments.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training interventions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive performance improvement initiatives.


2. HR Processes & Compliance

  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on HR processes, grievances, and compliance-related matters.


3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build strong interpersonal relationships with employees and leadership teams.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure a collaborative and engaging work environment.
  • Address employee concerns effectively, ensuring transparency and fairness.


4. HR Systems & Technology

  • Leverage GreyTHR or similar HRMS platforms for effective HR process automation and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports for data-driven decision-making.


Key Skills & Competencies:


Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Kannada and English.
✔ Strong convincing, influencing, and collaboration skills.
✔ Deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and labour laws.
✔ Ability to develop and implement employee development programs.
✔ Experience in managing performance management systems.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
    .
  • Hands-on experience in a mid-sized company (500+ employees).
  • Prior exposure to HR technology platforms like GreyTHR is an added advantage.
