Job Description

Senior Fashion Consultant

You will play a pivotal role in managing high-value clients, mentoring junior team members, and achieving sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a
bespoke styling experience
for clients, including wardrobe consulting and personalized recommendations
Build and manage a strong portfolio of
high-net-worth clients (HNI)
through proactive clienteling and follow-ups
Handle high-value sales transactions with professionalism and attention to detail
Act as a
brand ambassador
and uphold store standards at all times
Support daily store operations including POS, billing, and customer service resolution
Maintain
visual merchandising standards
and ensure an immaculate in-store experience
Guide and support Fashion Consultants in styling, grooming, and customer handling
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, collections, and seasonal offerings

Desired Candidate Profile:

3 to 6 years of experience in
luxury or premium fashion retail
Proven track record in styling and high-ticket sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in
clienteling, CRM tools
, and handling elite clientele
Impeccable grooming, fashion sense, and confidence
Ability to lead by example and mentor junior team members
