WHAT DO YOU DO: Source and screen candidates using different sourcing platforms - job-boards, social media & digital media Handle end-to-end recruitment Process for Senior IT Roles Keep yourself updated about the technical know-how prevalent in the industry across all IT technologies. Achieve daily/monthly onboarding targets Keep up-to-date with industry developments/trends about Talent Innovation per the post covid /new normal. Participate in networking activities, user group meetings and develop relationships with Talent Innovators. Requirements Need to work in Night Shifts Have 5 + years experience in US IT Contract Staffing/Recruitment on W2 Have exp in Sourcing, ATS, Have Recruiting Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text. Have experience in Java, UI, Data Engineers, Agile Consultants, BA & PM Roles. Have proven relationships and people management skills with a high level of professionalism. Have experience with engaging/Interviewing prospects on Video (Zoom etc) Have experience in research at all levels using Internet search sites, search engines, referrals, networking, and postings This is a perfect job for someone who Is Innovative, Energetic, Friendly, and Results-Oriented yet Ethical.
