Job Details

• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
• Joining Date: 7th January 2026
• Shift Timing: 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST (EST Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for US IT W2 positions
• Sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates via portals, referrals, and databases
• Working closely with Account Managers/Clients on requirements
• Candidate coordination, interview scheduling, feedback & follow-ups
• Timely submissions with strong submission-to-selection ratios
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
• Preparing daily/weekly recruitment reports

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (W2)
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 and US hiring compliance
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and market trends
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (EST hours)
