Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US staffing industry and should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
• Source profiles through various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Review and analyze resumes using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Negotiate salary/rates with candidates and close positions within defined timelines.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience (6–10 years) in US IT staffing
• Excellent understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and job boards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)

• Based in Hyderabad is preferable

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
