Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their IT staffing requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of their business needs. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of open positions and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Job Posting and Advertising: Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for IT positions. Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information, feedback, and timely communication. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular communication and follow-up. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Qualifications: Candidate must have 3 to 4 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on technical roles. Strong knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and industry-specific requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
