Senior Specialist, Campaigns & Promotions



Key Responsibilities

1. Season Plan & Campaign Execution

  • Lead and support the end-to-end execution of

    website promotions and digital campaigns

    across multiple eCommerce markets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (brand, CRM, content, and operations) to deliver

    on-site activations

    and

    campaign launches

    on time.
  • Manage

    campaign setup

    , including banners, landing pages, and promo codes in the CMS and marketing tools.
  • Monitor website readiness and resolve campaign-blocking issues — ensuring promotions go live as planned even during

    technical disruptions or downtime

    .
  • Contribute to

    B2B and consumer campaign journeys

    , ensuring consistency with global brand direction.

2. Monitoring & Success Measurement

  • Ensure campaign quality and adherence to briefs and timelines.
  • Track and report campaign KPIs, promotions performance, and website traffic uplift.
  • Share actionable insights to enhance campaign efficiency and conversion rates.

3. Optimization & Issue Resolution

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize digital activation processes and tools.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of campaign-related issues in collaboration with tech and operations teams.
  • Continuously test and refine website campaign performance to improve user experience and outcomes.

4. Communication

  • Maintain ongoing communication and transparency on campaign status, performance, and issues with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the key liaison between global campaign teams and local markets for implementation updates.

  • Passion for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and eCommerce growth.

Hard Skills

  • Hands-on experience in

    website campaign management

    and

    digital promotions

    within an eCommerce environment.
  • Working knowledge of

    digital activation

    , CMS tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital and mobile consumer journeys.
  • Ability to troubleshoot or coordinate fixes during

    technical issues (e.g., website downtime)

    impacting campaign delivery.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT

    , or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years

    of experience in

    eCommerce campaign execution, website promotions, or digital marketing operations

    .
  • Proven track record in running

    website campaigns

    and ensuring delivery despite operational or technical challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with

    cross-functional teams

    (brand, tech, content, CRM) to execute digital activations successfully.
