Job Summary 5 to 9 years¿ experience working in global enterprises. 5 to 9 years¿ experience with complex infrastructure application migrations Experience in developing installation packages using packaging technologies Admin Studio, Install Shield, App V, ThinAPP Windows Installer (MSI, MST, conflict Management, Custom actions, App V Package creation & Streaming) Good Knowledge on Packages creation & deployment using Configuration Manager tool. Knowledge of MSI and MSIX application packaging Migration of MSI to Intune package Creating Packaging using PSADT in Intune Ability to Package, Stage and Deploy application using Intune. Good Knowledge in writing VBScripts, Batch File Scripts, PowerShell scripting and Creating Custom Actions etc. Expertise in Application Virtualization using APPV and ThinAPP. In depth knowledge to manage and produce MSI packages from legacy applications and create transform files for vendor based MSI. Experience in creating Batch and command files. Experience in Creating Custom Actions in Vendor Supplied MSI and Setup capture MSI¿s. Proficient on Active Directory and Group Policies Object Having knowledge on any deployment tools like SCCM, BMC Client Management and Altiris mostly preferable. experience on Windows System Administration and Windows 10. Ability to technically troubleshoot system issues on Windows 10 platform. Proficient with device drivers installation, updating, and troubleshooting. Manage the deployments and patch rollout as needed. Maintain Software Deployment and Patch Management solution activities. Good Knowledge in SQL scripting to assist in capacity planning for meeting future Systems Management needs. Create reports either through Wizard or direct SQL queries as required to provide metric statistics. Create a Custom Inventory to gather required Information as per the request. Hardware Software Inventory Asset Management Reporting. Ability to quickly ramp up Microsoft offerings. Proficient with documentation of standards, knowledgebase articles, how to, and other operational guides Co ordinate with team members to ensure adherence to processes. Handle and manage process & people escalations appropriately. Collaborates with offshore / onshore to understand demand requirements for clients. Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Being flexible with working on off hours, weekends, and if needed even on holidays. Handling and resolving Escalation issues. Preparing Technical Documents and Process Documents Expertise in all phases of Application packaging from Source validation to UAT Support Ability to perform Application Discovery Application lifecycle management using Intune (Packaging, Distribution Deployment, Reporting, Retire) Should be capable of working on medium/complex, WIN 10/Win 11 packages. Good Troubleshooting skills on Win 10/ 11 platform. Excellent verbal (English) and written communication skills. Ability to clearly present to management Should be flexible with working in shifts.
