Sr. Social Media Manager

We're Hiring: Senior Social Media Manager ( 2–3 Yrs Exp)

Location: Indore (On-site)

Experience: 2 to 3 years (Mandatory)

Are you great at managing social media and getting things done across teams?

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can lead brand strategy, execute high-performing content, and handle internal coordination and client communication like a pro.

• Plan and schedule high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• Run & manage brand campaigns end-to-end with performance tracking

• Execute content calendars, client decks, and creative strategies

• Stay on top of platform trends, competitor analysis & content innovations

• Lead script briefing, brand shoot planning, and asset approvals

• Ensure consistent posting, engagement, and timely reporting

• Must have experience working specifically with D2C brands

• Understand D2C content language, target audience & platform expectations

• Craft engaging campaigns tailored for direct-to-consumer performance

• Must have 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency

• Manage team timelines, assign tasks & supervise daily delivery

• Coordinate across departments (UGC, design, editing, client servicing)

• Solve problems quickly and independently — be the go-to person

• Handle client meetings, feedback loops & ensure smooth onboarding and execution

• Maintain and update internal sheets, trackers, and progress reports

• Train junior team members, oversee quality & support growth

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a digital agency

• Hands-on experience with D2C brands & running social media campaigns

• Strong team management, planning, and multitasking skills

• Excellent client communication & operations coordination abilities

• Must be self-driven, proactive, and ready to solve problems on the go

• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Notion, Meta Suite, analytics, etc.

• Work across top D2C brands and content-focused industries
