Sr. Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with at least 5 to 7 years of expertise in Real Estate Projects, specifically High-rise buildings, to be a part of our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in site management, project planning, and technical issue resolution. As a Site Engineer, your role will be vital in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects, working closely with consultants, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing day-to-day activities at the construction site to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing work schedules, project bar charts, and milestones to effectively manage project progress and resource allocation. Collaboration and effective communication with consultants, architects, and other relevant parties will be essential for smooth project coordination. Engaging with customers and vendors in a professional manner, addressing their concerns, and fostering a positive working relationship will be part of your role. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of various materials and processes used in the construction industry in India to make optimal choices for each project. Conducting comprehensive rate analysis to estimate project costs accurately and optimize resource utilization will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to provide on-site technical expertise to promptly resolve construction-related challenges. Additionally, preparing regular reports in the prescribed format and communicating project updates to the management team will be essential. The desired candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Real Estate Projects, specifically focusing on High-rise buildings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant Civil Engineering Applications/Software is required. Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are necessary to liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively. In-depth knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry best practices in India is crucial. Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process are essential.
