Sr. Site Engineer

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site execution activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality completion of works in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and monitoring all on-site construction activities to ensure project progress aligns with the schedule and drawings. - Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate a smooth workflow. - Verifying that materials, workmanship, and construction methods meet approved specifications and quality standards. - Preparing daily progress reports, work schedules, and manpower planning to track and manage project activities effectively. - Ensuring proper site documentation, including material receipt, inspection records, and daily logs, is maintained. - Checking measurements and supporting billing & quantity surveying teams with accurate site data. - Resolving technical issues and liaising with the design/engineering team for necessary clarifications. - Maintaining safety compliance at the site and enforcing company safety policies to create a secure work environment. - Attending site meetings to provide updates on project status, challenges, and resource requirements. - Assisting in forecasting material and equipment requirements to prevent work delays. Qualifications required for this role: - Relevant experience in site supervision or construction management. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
