About the Role

The Senior SEO Executive leads SEO execution across key client portfolios, integrating technical, content, and analytical expertise. The role requires deep hands-on skills in strategy deployment, reporting, and mentoring junior team members, driving consistent improvement in visibility, engagement, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies across multi-industry clients (BFSI, IT/ITES, Real Estate, Hospitality, Education, Automotive, Lifestyle, Healthcare, FMCG, Consumer Brands).

• Conduct advanced keyword mapping, SERP feature analysis, and content optimization planning.

• Audit websites for crawl issues, page performance, mobile responsiveness, and schema accuracy.

• Manage and analyze data using GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other analytics suites.

• Oversee link-building quality, anchor text diversity, and digital PR collaboration.

• Lead monthly reporting cycles with insights and growth recommendations.

• Introduce automation and AI-assisted workflows for research, clustering, content ideation, and SEO forecasting.

• Support client meetings and presentations, translating performance data into strategic insight.

• Mentor SEO Executives and contribute to process optimization within the team.


Required Skills

• Expert in SEO analytics, site architecture, and competitive analysis.

• Hands-on experience with tools: Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, SurferSEO, Ubersuggest, and GA4, amongst others.

• Solid grasp of keyword strategy, topical authority building, and E-E-A-T principles.

• Understanding of AI-driven search (Gen-AI SEO, SGE optimization, and prompt engineering).

• Intermediate proficiency in HTML/CSS and WordPress CMS.

• Strong reporting, presentation, and client communication skills.


KPIs

• Organic traffic and keyword visibility uplift across client portfolio.

• Growth in client organic lead generation metrics.

• Successful resolution of technical SEO issues (audit compliance ≥95%).

• Implementation of AI-augmented SEO deliverables.

• Contribution to cross-functional SEO-content alignment success.
